The Director of Finance and Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the Foundation, supporting our mission and future growth.

Position Overview

As the Director of Finance and Operations, you will oversee the Foundation's financial, administrative, and operational functions. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will provide leadership in key areas such as finance, human resources, technology, and daily operations. You will also serve as the primary liaison to the Board Finance Committee, ensuring the financial integrity of the organization and compliance with best practices in the industry.
